The benefits

Hospitality is hard work, but tremendously rewarding. After long days of problem solving, service, planning and talking with guests, we need to sit down and take it all in. Last night needs few words. Our 4 course dinner starts at 6.30pm with sunset canap├ęs. Once everyone is settled and happy, we step back and enjoy the drama of Lord Howe. No need for Photoshop on evenings like this.....
